No Return Policy
At Vishva Fashion, we strive to deliver high-quality products to our customers. Please note that all sales are final, and we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been successfully delivered.
Returns or replacements are accepted only in cases where the product is received in a damaged or defective condition, or if an incorrect item has been delivered.
Customers must report the issue within 48 hours of receiving the order by contacting our customer support team and providing clear photo or video proof of the issue. Requests reported after 48 hours of delivery will not be considered under any circumstances.
Approved cases are eligible only for replacement. Cash refunds are not provided.
In case of a replacement, only the same product that was originally ordered and received in damaged condition will be replaced. No alternative product, design, color, or variant will be offered.
Returned items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging. Products damaged due to customer misuse, mishandling, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for replacement.
Vishva Fashion reserves the right to inspect the product and make the final decision regarding any return or replacement request.
Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been dispatched. Shipping charges and COD charges, if applicable, are non-refundable.
For any return or replacement request, customers must contact us only via WhatsApp or email using the official contact details mentioned on our website. Requests made through any other mode will not be accepted.
